Rules
- Price does not include VAT(*). An invoice will be provided by Mechanicon e.V.
- During the event your table is set and may not be changed, unless discussed otherwise with the Mechanicon team.
- All displays, banners and promotional materials must remain within the allocated booth space.
- Sale of products is not allowed. This is a strict rule we have to follow as a non-protit org (Verein).
- Commercial Partner tier is intended for registered companies, retailers, manufacturers, distributors and commercial brands.
- Subletting or sharing tables with another company is only permitted with prior approval from the organizers.
